Sarah Knabel is the owner and founder of Bob & Lou’s Coffee, a walk up & mobile coffee shop in the Dubuque, Iowa area. Bob & Lou’s was founded in August of 2020 when Sarah was 24 years old. The Bob & Lou’s brand has evolved from a mobile camper that travels to venues into a brick and mortar with 6+ staff members. Sarah loves connecting our community through coffee and creating an experience for everyone who visits our coffee shops.
